We deliver across India (Pan India).

Order processing

After you place an order, AKB Products confirms colours, pack sizes, the final price and your delivery address with you, usually on WhatsApp or phone. We dispatch after confirmation.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above. A delivery charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499. The exact charge is shown in your cart.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your pincode and the courier. The estimate shown on a product page is only a guide. We confirm the expected delivery time when we confirm your order.

Tracking

We share tracking details on WhatsApp once the parcel ships, where the courier provides them.

Delays and damaged parcels

Delays can happen because of weather, festivals or courier issues. If the parcel looks damaged, please record a short unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
