Return & Cancellation Policy – AKB Candle Works

At AKB Candle Works, we want you to have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our return and cancellation terms carefully:

1. Order Cancellation (By Customer)

• Customers may request an order cancellation before the order is shipped.

• If the order is already shipped or delivered, it will be treated as a return, not a cancellation.

• For cancellations/returns initiated by the customer, delivery charges up to ₹150 will be deducted.

• The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.

2. Returns (By Customer)

You may return the product within 3 days of delivery if:

• You no longer want the item

• You ordered by mistake

• You want an exchange or refund

Important:For all customer-initiated returns, shipping/delivery charges up to ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product

If you receive:✓ a damaged product✓ a missing item✓ a wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours with unboxing video/photos.

Note:If the product is found to be damaged or missing due to customer handling (burned, used, broken, melted, etc.), charges will be applied, and refund may be partially deducted based on the condition.

4. Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product and complete inspection.

• Refund will be credited to your original payment mode (UPI, bank, wallet, etc.).

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety & hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned:

• Used candles

• Burned or partially burned candles

• Customized or special request orders
